GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Terms

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, with collection, filing, retention and processing of personal data provided for the purpose of fulfilment of Prague Handball Club, z.s., goals and related activities for as long as they are necessary to safeguard mutual rights and duties arising from its goals.
Based on the legal title consent we record Email, Name, Surname, Telephone, till withdraw your permission. These data are processed for the purpose of register the team to the tournament.

Team leader is obliged to specify its e-mail account intended for registration, team administration and basic communication.
Basic data must be certifiable according to valid identity papers published state administration body and autonomy to proof of identity user. You may object to the processing, request the correction of personal data provided, request the information on what personal data related to your person are recorded or request the removal of personal data, if possible. If the processing is automated, you have the right to data portability and not be subject to a decision made solely based on such decision making. In case you give us your consent to the processing of any personal data, you will be informed that this consent may be revoked at any time in the future, and the supplier shall then delete the data and stop processing them however, be aware impossibility to start in the tournament.)
The revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted before the revocation. By filling in your personal data, Prague Handball Club, z.s., becomes the Controller of your personal data.
